Having worked in the industry for more than 25 years Mauricio has extensive leadership experience, serving in roles across large, complex service within the facility services and integrated facilities management industries. he has become an instrumental leader of Key Enviro Solutions growth and transformation.

Mauricio Guiterrez is a seasoned operator with demonstrated abilities in creating and building business turnarounds, as well as effectively and efficiently managing complex mobilisations.

Mauricio is responsible for Strategic Sales within the company and supporting the team on contract retentions and BIDS developing and strengthening client partnerships and relationships.

Throughout his career Mauricio has gained industry experience assisting Paul in the management support of TFL Transport for London, Land Registry London / South, QE11 Conference Centre, D.W.P. Nationwide / B.I.S, Savills UK NAT WEST Bank, DLA Solicitors (Nationwide), Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Cushman & Wakefield N.I.C.E, and Flynn Construction.
