As Managing Director (MD), Paul is the senior-most executive in our organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations and strategic direction. Paul is ultimately the decision-maker, ensuring the company achieves its goals and objectives while maintaining profitability and shareholder value. As MD, Paul typically acts as a bridge between the board of directors’ vision and the day-to-day operations of the business.

Paul has more than 30 years of industry experience, having worked for GBM Service (ABM) for many years, which led to him reporting directly to the board of directors.

In 2012, he established Key Enviro Solutions Limited — a company that set out to bring a fresh, dynamic approach to facilities management, based on quality and results delivered by a flexible, highly motivated team of individuals, each with a personal stake in the business.

Key Enviro Solutions is a privately owned, London-centric company. Paul’s vision and tenacity have ensured the company is renowned for its incredibly high standards. We’ve scaled our specialisms and expertise to offer a range of high-quality, sustainable, and nationally accredited services that work at the heart of our clients’ businesses. Our sector expertise enables us to implement sustainable service solutions that mirror our clients’ business strategies.

At the time of our inception, Paul took our company values to the market — and they clearly struck a chord, steadily adding customers and winning awards along the way. Now, as a group, we specialise in cleaning, porterage, consultancy advice, waste streams and recycling, and hygiene cleaning. This means we can also provide solutions to organisations that don’t require a full contract facilities management service. We may have grown and now offer much more than just integrated service delivery, but we’ve not lost sight of the essence of our success: we still maintain a flexible, dynamic, and personal approach.
